Jay Bean: Characters and Plot

The Jay Bean website and children's book app deliver a fun reading experience for children of all ages with original characters and an imaginative plot line. Our story begins with Jay Bean. He is a little boy with many peculiar traits, like unusually large feet and a special knack for wearing out his shoes, but the thing that really sets him apart is his unique ability to dream. No one in the town of Ampersand understands Jay when he begins to ask strange questions about what he can do. It's not until a chance encounter with Madame Tutu that he begins to search for others like him. Along the way he meets a kind hearted wanderer called Sir, rides a cargo train, sees a circus with purple rhinos and polka-dotted elephants, and learns to juggle and tumble with his feet alongside clowns shaped like stars.
