ZJC-10B Ultra-Precision Diamond Cone CNC Lathe is a special purpose lathe developed by Atoman Science and Technology Ltd. especially for non-ferrous metal cone parts.
Features
Surfaces of the processed axicons are superior with high reflectance and no deformation after reflection. Angle accuracy of 90° axicons processed is ±20″, roughness of the axicons processed is lower than 10 nm, reflectance higher than 90%. Range of diameter of the axicons to process is 4mm—10mm. The lathe is capable of processing non-ferrous materials (copper, aluminum, etc.)
